We know you’re excited to get your Francesca pieces as quickly as possible, which is why we ship orders out during our business days from our studio in Hobart, Tasmania. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post/DHL.

All shipping costs (intrastate, interstate and international) are calculated after any coupon, discount code or promotion is applied.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery and we are unable to accommodate requests for items to be left unattended.

  • Personalised Items (Lockets & Etching): Order by 12 PM, 16th December

Collect-In-Store

$2 service fee! Only available for HOBART customers! You will receive an SMS and shipping confirmation when your order is ready.

Any Collect in store orders that are not collected by 4 weeks post fulfilment will be cancelled. The total order amount will be refunded to your original payment method, this may take 7-10 business days. Collect in store Customers will receive a reminder email at 2 weeks, and a final email at 4 weeks to advise of cancellation if uncollected. This policy excludes personalised and charity pieces.

To our Melbourne customers, please note we are working on a pick-up in store option for you - We hope to make this possible for you in the near future!

Bulky items (Stacker Jewellery Box)

Our Stacker Jewellery Box has a flat rate shipping of $10.00 within Australia and $20.00 standard Internationally. This product is not available for any free postage promotion.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Francesca is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or any other courier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and work with you to provide as much information as we can if you decide to lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

Francesca is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned to sender due to being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered the address during checkout. Francesca is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost, stolen or delayed during transit.  Please note we do not hold or delay parcel post at customer request.

INTERNATIONAL PARCELS;  the prices quoted do not include local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to you upon entry to your country. Francesca are not responsible for any costs imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Francesca will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information.

Shipping Protection Fee

Our Shipping Protection fee is available at checkout for $2.95AUD. Purchasing this extra coverage provides a guarantee that your order will be replaced or refunded by Francesca in the case your parcel is stolen, misplaced, damaged or lost during transit by Australia Post. Your parcel must be deemed lost or damaged by Australia Post in order for this protection cover to be warranted. Your shipping protection excludes any loss or damage to your parcel outside of Australia Post's hands, it also excludes damage or loss resulting from essential information missing on the parcel (e.g. incorrect address submitted by customer). Francesca is not notified by Australia Post in the event of a parcel being damaged or lost, it is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to investigate. Your shipping protection does not cover any costs associated with your parcel being returned to sender.
