I love this necklace and how it’s adjustable. But it’s so dainty, it got caught on my jumper, and broke. I believe it’s easily fixable, but I tried emailing Francesca immediately to ask what they advised, as I had only had it for a week. But I haven’t heard anything since and it’s been an over a week. So I am now waiting on a reply via Instagram. I wouldn’t normally worry and would try and fix it myself, but it wasn’t cheap. I love all the other items I have purchased. Just hope to hear back soon.
