Inside the mind of creative director and jewellery designer, Rachel.

Paris is a city full of charming quirks and subtle details that make it unique. Inspired by this, I set out to create a collection that captures the essence of Paris in a subtle yet meaningful way. From the blue, red, and white stones that nod to the city’s iconic palette, to designs that echo the charm of Parisian street signs, each piece reflects a different facet of the city's special nature. These designs are meant to bring a touch of Paris’s distinctive charm into everyday wear, celebrating its unique character through thoughtful details.

Eiffel

As I stood near the Eiffel Tower, I couldn't help but admire the bold presence it commands, yet it's the intricate details that truly captivated me. I'm always drawn to pieces that make a statement, so naturally, I was inspired to create a chain that reflects this balance. I wanted to design a necklace that’s not just an accessory, but a focal point—bold enough to stand out, yet crafted with the same careful attention to detail that makes the Eiffel Tower so iconic.

City of Love

During my time in Paris, I noticed how love quietly weaves itself into the everyday scenes of the city. This inspired me to create a collection of heart-shaped jewellery with red stones, each piece reflecting those subtle, yet meaningful expressions of love. These hearts are meant to be wearable reminders that love is everywhere if we simply take the time to notice it. The deep red stones capture the richness of emotion, while the heart shapes offer a timeless nod to love’s presence in our lives.

Palace of Versailles

As I wandered through the halls of Versailles, I was captivated by the sheer beauty and grandeur that defines every inch of the palace. The intricate, ornate decorations that cover each wall and ceiling create an environment of unparalleled elegance. Among all these details, the fleur-de-lis symbol stood out to me as a powerful emblem of the palace’s history. This inspired my designs, which aim to capture that same sense of opulence and timeless beauty.

Palais Garnier

When I first stepped into the Palais Garnier, I was immediately taken by the grandeur and opulence that fill every corner of the opera house. The ornate details, from the lavish chandeliers to the gilded walls, sparked my imagination. It was clear to me that a big, decadent pair of hoops would perfectly capture that sense of drama and elegance. Inspired by the Palais Garnier’s rich decor, I designed this range to be bold yet intricate, making a statement that's as unforgettable as the opera house itself.

Louvre

Visiting the Louvre, I was mesmerised by the glass ceilings in each room, their brilliance creating a dance of light as it refracts and filters through. The way the light plays across these surfaces reminded me of the facets in clear stones, capturing a sense of clarity and depth. This inspiration led me to design pieces that mirror the enchanting play of light seen in the Louvre, using clear stones to evoke the same brilliance and intricate beauty. Each piece aims to reflect the unique elegance and illumination of those stunning glass ceilings.
