We run different sales and promotions all throughout the year. If there are specific conditions  to a specific sale or promotion/giveaway, we will list these conditions separately. All minimum spend requirements are to be met in AUD.

Sales and promotions are not run in conjunction with one another, and therefore only 1 offer can be claimed at a time. Free Gifts with purchases allow for one gift per order.

Returns are not accepted on sale or promotional items, unless deemed faulty through the manufacturing process.

If a discount code is required for the sale or promotion, only one discount code is able to be used at a time at checkout, including loyalty reward vouchers. Any secondary discount codes applied will override the previous code used, and only one will be accepted.

Shipping charges may apply during sales and promotional periods, outside of our general postage fees.

MYSTERY PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise specified in the product name, all mystery products will be random selection, and can be in any metal tone. Products will be selected during the dispatch process and will not be catered to specific customer requests. Please not that Mystery Products (including studs, bracelets, charms etc) are not able to be returned, due to the nature of heavily discounted promotions.

Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty rewards are not able to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Loyalty rewards vouchers can only be used on purchases of $50* or more (see below list for full details). You must remain active on your loyalty account every 12 months for your loyalty points to remain valid. Keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward! The rewards program is subject to change at any time. Loyalty vouchers do not apply to shipping costs.

*If your cart value is less than the voucher you wish to redeem (eg. $60 voucher, $50 purchase), the remainder of the voucher amount is automatically forfeited.

GST and Shipping fees not accrued in points.

Loyalty Discounts:

- 200 points = $10 voucher

- 300 points = $15 voucher

- 510 points = $30 voucher

- 1020 points = $60 voucher

- 1950 points = $150 voucher

- 3000 points = $200 voucher

Mystery items purchased are not able to be returned unless faulty due to the manufacturing process. They are heavily discounted items, therefore sales conditions apply. They are ‘mystery’ by nature of this promotion and cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind. Please note due to fast turnover we cannot guarantee multiple styles are available at time of purchase, there may be a chance if purchasing multiple 'mystery' items that you will receive similar or same designs.

Our gift cards and store credits have an expiry of 3 years from the date of purchase (gift cards) or from the date of issue (store credits).Gift cards and store credits can be used at any time within the valid time frame, including sales and promotional periods. Simply enter the gift card or store credit number in the discount code/gift card section at checkout.Gift cards are treated as cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are non-refundable.

Pre-order items have an approximate shipping time of 8 weeks from the date of purchase, however all estimated dispatch times will be included in the product description.

If your order contains other pieces in addition to a pre-order item, your full order will be held and shipped together with your pre-order piece. If you are wanting other pieces sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
