Love Francesca and ready for a change? A day in the life of a Francesca Dispatcher is fast-paced, exciting, and fun! We’re looking for enthusiastic Casual Dispatchers available through March to May 2025, with the ability to work public holidays and weekends during this period

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve, but is not limited to:

• Organising and preparing customer orders efficiently for dispatch.
• Packing and processing orders for our valued online customers.
• Reporting directly to the Manager and working closely with the supervisor.
• Collaborating with the warehouse team to maintain workflow and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining a organised stockroom.
• Conducting regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensuring stock is replenished and organised as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability to work between the hours of 7am–9pm weekdays, with flexibility for public holidays and weekends 
• Strong ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, can-do attitude—no task is too big or small!
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead.
• Computer literacy and strong time-management skills.
• A positive, energetic, and adaptable approach to tasks.
