Take your time opening them for the first time.

"The earrings are really nice and fit snugly on my earlobe. They are comfortable, and I can easily forget they are in. My only issue that stops them from being 5* was that it was initially very tricky to understand how to put them in, as there were no instructions on how to open them. It was only after I bent the bar that goes through your ear that I identified tiny hinges that allow the whole earring to open up. I have managed to bend the bar back in to place, but it may be helpful to add pictures of the earrings when open to understand this for others (or maybe its just a me problem)."

"I like the look of these double Huggies but the metal of the clasp is quite soft and the clasp has failed on one of them. I sought assistance and followed the suggestion by gently bending it back into shape. But it’s just too soft to effectively secure the huggie. I have added little plastic stoppers to the posts so they don’t fall out and get lost."
